Message from the 2010 President - Don Sanders

In 1804, Lewis and Clark launched the Corps of Discovery from the banks of the Missouri River in a tiny river town named St. Charles. They traveled into unfamiliar territory to discover and investigate our wonderful continent. More than 200 years later, the Missouri Christian Convention will convene in this historic place as we launch into the future.

As President of the 2010 convention, I am absolutely thrilled about what lies ahead.
We will meet at the St. Charles Convention Center on March 19 & 20 to celebrate our God and our common bonds. Our theme will be “What God Can Do” and we will focus on what God can accomplish in our lives and through our churches.

The city of St. Charles will offer a wonderful setting for our convention. If you’ve never visited St. Charles, some things to look forward to are… A beautiful new convention facility that is easy to get to, easy to get around in, and has free parking. Multiple hotel options (with multiple price options) within just a few minutes of the Convention Center as well as the Embassy Suites that is connected to the Convention Center. Fabulous restaurants and shopping on historic Main Street, less than five minutes from the Convention Center. The Planning Committee will be working hard this year to host a great convention. Please be in prayer as we prepare to see “What God Can Do.”
