Allan's work takes him around the country as he speaks and represents the NACC to a variety of audiences.  He also serves as a member of the NACC Board and leads the NACC in strategic planning and fund development.

Before serving the NACC, was the 5th President of Puget Sound Christian College.  For 22 years he led the Bow Valley Christian Church in Calgary and, using cutting-edge evangelism, saw it grow to one of the largest churches in Canada. Allan was the founder and host of the evangelistic television program “To You ... With Love,” which aired from 1973 to 1994 across Canada.

He has also served as President of the NACC and Dean of the Billy Graham School of Evangelism.  Through his years of pastoral ministry, Allan has mastered the art of developing strong leaders and teams.  His passion for the lost has never diminished during his more than forty years in ministry.

Allan and his wife, Judy, have enjoyed more than forty years of marriage and currently reside in Washington.   Allan will speak at the Friday evening and Saturday morning sessions.
