Children’s Session Coordinator:  Penny Cox, Maranatha Bible Camp

All children’s workers will wear a T-Shirt or ID badge containing the children’s logo on it.  No one will be allowed in the children’s area without appropriate identification.

Check-In for Children’s sessions:  20 minutes prior to the adult main session or workshops when offered

Children’s sessions end:  at the close of the adult main session.

Please be respectful of the children’s workers by picking your child(ren) up promptly.

Please register your child(ren) with the staff in the children’s area when you arrive at the convention.  This will ensure that you can quickly check your child(ren) in at the beginning the main sessions and/or workshops.

            Your child(ren) will be given a numbered wristband and you will receive a tab from the band with same number.  Please have your child wear the wristband for the entire convention.  At the close of the sessions, we will ask you to show us your matching band number before your child(ren) will be released.  In the event that the parent’s tab is lost or misplaced we reserve the right to request photo ID and verify to our satisfaction that the child should be released to you.

            Please advise the children’s staff of any food allergies, restrictions or medical conditions your child(ren) may have and how we may contact you in the event of an emergency.  (i.e. cell phone number, name of workshop you will be attending and/or hotel and room number)
