Ben Merold is Senior Minister of the Harvester Christian Church in St. Charles, MO. This is the second church he has led in growth from a few hundred to more than 2000 in attendance. Educated at Johnson Bible College and Lincoln Christian College, he now serves as adjunct professor at Kentucky Christian College, Lincoln Christian College, and Cincinnati Bible Seminary. Ben is well known as a dynamic speaker for revivals, men's retreats, and state conventions. He also conducts leadership and church growth seminars. He is a past president of the North American Christian Convention.
His video series, produced by Good News Productions, entitled, "Principles of Church Growth" has been popular in the United States and Australia.

After graduating from Ozark Christian College and completing an internship at Southeast Christian Church in 1998, Kyle Idleman started a new church in North Los Angeles County. Today that church, Real Life Church, is a growing, healthy church that continues to make a difference in Los Angeles County. In October of 2002, Kyle returned to Southeast Christian Church to join Bob Russell and Dave Stone as a part of the preaching team. He and his wife, DesiRae, have three daughters... MacKenzie, Morgan, and Mason.

Kenneth D. Idleman has been the President of Ozark Christian College for 25 years where he also served as Executive Vice-President and teacher. He was born in Champaign, IL... received his B.A. from Lincoln Christian College... his Master of Divinity from Lincoln Christian Seminary... and is currently pursuing his doctorate from Phoenix Seminary. He is an international advisor for Good News Productions, and contributing writer for College Press, Christian Standard, and The Lookout. He has served on the North American Christian Convention Committee and was President of the NACC in 1992.
